Installation
Installation
–  Fit the clutch press.
   
–  Fit the intermediate plate so that the projection -arrow- faces the flywheel.
–  Tighten the securing bolts to a torque of 60 Nm + 1/4 turn (90 °). To do this, lock the pressure plate with tool -U-40009-, in the same way as when dismantled.

–  Fit the clutch release plate -B- and secure it to the clutch press with circlip -A-. Insert both ends of the circlip through the orifices of the clutch press -arrows-.
–  Apply a very thin layer of -G 000 100- grease to the clutch plate splines. Then move this plate from one end to the other of the input shaft until it slides freely on the shaft. Remove excess grease.
–  Place the clutch plate and flywheel assembly on the press.

–  Fit the centring tool -U-30004- and tighten the bolts to the flywheel diagonally and alternately to a torque of 20 Nm.
