Installation
Installation
–  Fit the neutral overpass spring into tool -T20117-. To do this, compress the spring in a vice with protected jaws.
–  Press the clutch to the floor.
   
–  First fit the neutral overpass spring in the housing at the front of the support block -arrow A- and align the rear seat of the spring with the clutch pedal pivot -arrow B-.
–  Release the clutch pedal gradually until tool -T20117- can be removed.

Fit the protective cover (upper and lower parts) to the pedal assembly bracket, in the reverse order to disassembly → Anchor
–  Secure electric cables to their original positions.
–  Fit main junction box to its bracket. Check that the relay and cable connectors are correctly fitted.
–  Fit the footwell area cover: → General body repairs-assembly work, interior; Rep. Gr.70.
–  Fit the shelf on driver's side: → General body repairs-assembly work, interior; Rep. Gr.68.
–  Fit the clutch cable on the gearbox → Chapter
–  Check clutch cable adjustment → Chapter
–  Connect the battery strap.
