| Cylinder heads with cracks between the valve seats can be still used without a reduction in useful life, as long as the cracks are no more than 0.5 mm in width. |

| After fitting the camshafts, the engine must not be started until after at least 30 minutes. The hydraulic followers must be allowed to sit in to position (otherwise, the valves will hit the pistons). |

| Lubricate all contact and friction surfaces before fitting. |
