| Take intake hose -1- off throttle valve housing -2- using pliers -T20029- for spring-type clips. |

| Pull vacuum hose -4- off throttle valve positioner -6-. |
| –
| Pull 2-pin -5- off throttle valve positioner -6-. |
| –
| Release throttle valve housing -2- by turning to right -arrow- out of bayonet connection and remove. |
| –
| Take O-ring -3- off intake manifold cover-7-. |
