  Note
t  Secure the joints between hoses by using the same clamps as originally fitted.
t  Before repairing or testing, check all pipes and hoses for correct assembly and leaks.
t  The sleeves and hoses for the supercharging system should be free from oil and grease before assembling.
–  Remove the centre sound proofing → Exterior body installation work; Rep. Gr.50.
–  Remove the right wheel housing moulding → Bodywork, exterior installation work; Rep. Gr.66.
–  Remove front bumper covering → Bodywork, exterior installation work; Rep. Gr.63
–  Remove air ducting → Item; first disassemble the upper anchorage and then carefully lower until the lower mounting is free.
–  On the upper part of the vehicle, disconnect the Boost pressure sender -G31- → Item switch, and separate the intake hose from the intercooler → Item.
–  On the lower part of the vehicle, remove the union hose from the intercooler → Item, and the three intercooler securing bolts → Item.
–  Remove the intercooler.
