1 - Pulley/damper with special bolt 10 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Replace bolts
q   Use original bolts only → ETKA (electronic parts catalogue)
2 - 25 Nm
3 - Alternator
q   Removing and fitting → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27
q   To facilitate the positioning of the alternator push back slightly, the threaded bushes for securing bolts.
4 - Bracket for auxiliary units, 45 Nm
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   For alternator and air conditioner's compressor
5 - Tensioning device for Poly-V belt:
q   To slacken Poly-V belt rotate with spanner.
q   Lock tensioner with Retention tool -T10060A-.
6 - 25 Nm
7 - Air conditioning compressor
q   Removing and installing → Air conditioning; Rep. Gr.87
8 - 45 Nm
9 - Dowel sleeves
10 - Poly-V belt
q   Mark direction of rotation with chalk or felt pen before removing
q   Check for wear
q   Do not bend the belt
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Poly-V belt routing → Fig.
