Cylinder head: Removing and installing > < Piston and cylinder measurements

–  First remove principal notched belt → Chapter.
–  Remove camshaft housing, → Chapter.
–  Remove roller rocker fingers together with support elements and lay aside on clean surface. Ensure that roller rocker arms are not interchanged.
–  Remove spark plugs with spark plug spanner -T20175-.
–  Set piston of the respective cylinder to “bottom dead centre”.
   
–  Fit the adaptor -T20034/27-.
–  Screw the measuring tool -T20033- into the spark plug thread.
–  Connect the measuring tool -T20033- to a compressed air network (minimum 6 bar ), and remove the valve springs.

–  Pull off valve stem seals with extractor -T20058A-.
