1 - Upper protection element for the notched belt
2 - 100 Nm
3 - 25 Nm
4 - Cogwheel for timing belt
5 - Hub
q   With generator wheel
q   Use counterholdl -T10051- to loosen and tighten.
q   For removal use the extraction tool -T10052A-
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
6 - 10 Nm
q   Replace
7 - Stud
q   15 Nm
8 - Rear notched belt guard
9 - 25 Nm
10 - Sealing plug
q   Replace if damaged
11 - 20 Nm + 45° (1/8 turn) further
q   To avoid significant damage to the engine apply correct tightening torques
12 - Tensioning roller
q   The engine support must be removed for the removal and installation
13 - 20 Nm
14 - Guide roller
15 - Coolant pump
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
16 - Crankshaft cogwheel
17 - 120 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) further
q   Replace
q   Do not oil or grease the screw thread and the collar further
q   Turning further can be done in several stages.
18 - 15 Nm
19 - Toothed belt cover (bottom)
20 - Belt pulley and vibration damper
q   Fitting is only possible in one position, the holes are arranged asymmetrically
21 - 10 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) further
q   4x
q   Replace
22 - Cap
23 - Control toothed belt
q   Mark direction of rotation before removing.
q   Check for wear
q   Do not bend
q   Removing, installing and tensioning → Chapter.
24 - 45 Nm
q   Replace
25 - Notched belt guard - centre part
26 - Engine cross member
