Removing and installing flywheel

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Hose clamp -T20176-, see equivalent → Anchor

Removal:

–	Fix counterhold -T20176- in the cylinder block orifice and immobilise the flywheel.

–	Mark the position of the flywheel on the crankshaft with a permanent marker.

–	Extract the bolts fixing the flywheel and remove it.

Installation

Install in the reverse order from removal, remembering the following:

–	Position the flywheel on the crankshaft in the previously marked position.

–	Replace bolts and tighten to prescribed torque → Item .
