q | Mark direction of rotation before removing. |
q | Check for wear |
q | Do not bend |
q | Removing, installing and tensioning → Chapter. |
2 - | 120 Nm and then turn 90° further |

q | Use counterhold tool -3415- to loosen and tighten. |
q | Do not additionally oil or grease the threads and shoulder |
q | Turning further can be done in several stages. |

6 - | 20 Nm and then turn 45° further |
7 - | Tensioning roller |
q | Remove engine bracket in order to remove and install → Chapter |
8 - | 20 Nm and then turn 45° further |
9 - | Cogwheel for timing belt |
10 - | 20 Nm |
11 - | 100 Nm |
12 - | Hub |
q | Use counterhold tool -T10051- to loosen and tighten. |
q | To remove, use puller -T10052-. |

13 - | Rear notched belt guard |

17 - | 50 Nm and then turn 90° further |
