1 - Notched belt
q   Mark direction of rotation before removing
q   Check for wear.
q   Do not kink.
q   Removing, installing and tensioning → Chapter
2 - 120 Nm + turn 90° further
q   Renewing
q   Use counterhold -3415- to loosen and display
q   Do not additionally oil or grease the threads and shoulder
q   The retightening can be done in steps
3 - Crankshaft cogwheel
4 - 20 Nm
5 - Idler roller
6 - 20 Nm + turn 45° further
7 - Tensioning roller
q   For removing and installing, remove the engine bracket → Chapter
8 - 20 Nm + turn 45° further
9 - Cogwheel for timing belt
10 - 20 Nm
11 - 100 Nm
12 - Hub
q   Use counterhold -T10051- to loosen and display
q   For removal use the extraction tool -T10052-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
13 - Rear notched belt guard
14 - 20 Nm
15 - 10 Nm
q   Renewing
16 - Idler roller
17 - 50 Nm + turn 90° further
q   Renewing
18 - Hub
q   Use counterhold -T10051- to loosen and display
q   To remove use the extractor -T40064-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
19 - 95 Nm
20 - Gear wheel of the high-pressure pump
21 - 20 Nm + turn 90° further
q   Renewing
22 - Coolant pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
23 - 15 Nm
24 - Upper protection element for the notched belt
25 - Notched belt guard - lower part
26 - Toothed belt guard centre part
27 - 10 Nm
q   Renewing
28 - 10 Nm + turn 90° further
q   Renewing
29 - Belt pulley and vibration damper
q   Can only be installed in one position (as the holes are off-set)
30 - 5 Nm
31 - Protective plate
32 - 40 Nm + turn 180° further
q   Renewing
q   Observe tightening sequence → Chapter.
33 - Engine mounting
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
