For left-hand drive vehicles: Release tool -T10238-, see equivalent

For right-hand drive vehicles: Release tool -T10240-, see equivalent

Accelerator pedal module Removing

Removing

Remove the steering column cover
-arrows-

Separate the connector

; for this, unlock the tab by pressing on it fully

If present, remove the cable guide

from the accelerator pedal module.
–
Use screwdriver to prise off cap.
–
Loosen the bolt.
–
Insert the Release tool -T10238-to the end in the opening
-arrow-
intended for this as shown in the figure.
–
Remove the accelerator pedal module by pulling straight upwards.
Installing
l
Tightening torque
→ Chapter
Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Place the cable guide

and the connector
-2-
in the accelerator pedal module

The connector should engage audibly.

Insert the accelerator pedal module into the attachment pins

Fit the centre fastener

in the hole on the vehicle floor.

Secure accelerator module with bolt

and install cap
