Sender wheel: removing and installing
–  Sender wheel -2- must always be renewed after slackening off bolts -1-.
  Note
t  The second time the bolts are tightened, the contact point of the countersunk head, in the sender wheel, is deformed sufficiently to allow the bolt head to seat on the crankshaft -3--arrows-, thus allowing the sender wheel to remain loose under the bolts.
t  The sender wheel can only be installed in one position, the holes are offset.

Allocation of the crankshaft bearing shells for cylinder block
The cylinder block is fitted at the factory with bearing shells of the appropriate thickness. Coloured dots are used to identify the thickness of the bearing shells.
  Note
-Arrow- indicates flow direction.
Which bearing shell must be inserted in which place can be seen at the lower cylinder block sealing surface with the letters.
