Engine oil specifications

Use engine oils which comply with standard VW 501 01. 502 00 or 504 00. → Booklet101.

Markings on oil dipstick

1 -	max. marking

2 -	min. marking

a -	Oil level in the range of the Max. marking: do not refill with oil.

b -	Oil level in the middle area: Engine oil may be added!

c -	Oil level in the range of the Min. marking: Refill with approx. 0.5 l oil.
