Removing and installing front exhaust pipe
Removing and installing front exhaust pipe
Removal:
–  Remove noise insulation.
   
–  Remove Lambda probe after catalytic converter -G130--1-.
–  Unbolt exhaust pipe from catalytic converter -arrows-.

–  Unbolt exhaust pipe together with flexible joint -arrows-.

–  Loosen securing nuts of clamping sleeve -arrows- and slide it backwards on exhaust pipe with front silencer -1-.
–  Pull exhaust pipe with front silencer slightly backwards.

–  Push exhaust pipe with front silencer backwards out of mounting -1-.
–  Remove exhaust pipe with flexible connection (de-coupling element).
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torques → Chapter
