Sump and oil pump > < Engine oil

Removing and installing oil pressure switchF22 (blue)
Removing and installing oil pressure switch -F22- (blue)
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  24 mm jointed spanner -T40175-
Removing:
  Note
Place a cloth underneath bracket for ancillaries to catch any escaping oil.
  W00-10633
–  Unplug electrical connector -4- at oil pressure switch -F22-.
–  Remove oil pressure switch -F22--3-.
Installing:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; noting the following in the process:
t  Renew seal.
t  Fit the new oil pressure switch into the connection immediately to avoid loss of oil.
t  Check oil level .
