| When working on the fuel supply and injection systems, pay careful attention to the following „5 rules“ for cleanliness: |

| Thoroughly clean all joints and connections and the surrounding areas before dismantling. |

| Place removed parts on a clean surface and cover. Use only lint-free cloths. |
| t
| Carefully cover or seal open components if repairs are not to be carried out immediately. |
| t
| Only fit clean components: Only remove new parts from their packaging immediately before fitting. Do not use parts that have been stored loose (e.g. in toolboxes etc.). |
| t
| If the system is open: do not work with compressed air if this can be avoided. Do not move the vehicle unless absolutely necessary. |
