Installing
–  Position the engine bracket to the cylinder block.
–  Screw in the new bolts by hand.
  Caution
The tightening sequence and tightening torques of the fixing bolts for the engine mount must be observed in all cases. Otherwise the engine mount may be exposed to tensioning that will result in the engine mount breaking.
  N15-0604
–  Tighten bolts in the sequence indicated -1 ... 3- with 40 Nm + turn further 1/2 turns (180°). To do that, lift and lower the engine with the support -U-30025E-.
   I : Small engine support
   II : Large engine support
  Note
Before assembling the support unit, all the engine mount bolts should be tightened to the prescribed torque.
–  Mount the engine assembly/bodywork brackets (replace the bolts) → Chapter.
  N13-10292
–  Bolt the engine support unit of the engine mount -arrows-. Bring the surfaces into contact using the suspension device -U-30025E-. Tightening torque: 60 Nm + 90° retighten (1/4 turn).
Further assembly is basically the reverse of the dismantling sequence. The following must be taken into account:
t  Ensure that fuel hose connections are tight.
t  Do not interchange supply and return hose (return hose blue or blue markings, supply hose black).
t  When the supercharger air tubes are being fitted, ensure that the attachment lugs are inserted corrected.
