Oil pump: removing and fitting
Oil pump: removing and fitting
t  Removing → Anchor
t  Fitting → Anchor
t  Specified torques → Anchor.
Removing
–  Remove oil sump and baffle plate → Chapter.
   
–  Remove bolt -2-.
–  Take chain sprocket off oil pump shaft.
–  Unscrew the bolts -1- and -3- and remove the oil pump.
Fitting
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removing, when doing this note the following.
–  Fit the dowel sleeves → Item above the oil pump.
l  Fitting position: Oil pump shaft / sprocket: installation only permitted in one position.
–  Fit the oil sump → Chapter.
Specified torques .
  A17-0209

1)  Replace bolt
2)  90º is equivalent to a quarter turn
