| To improve the emission values from the exhaust gas recirculation system, this is fitted with a radiator using coolant. |
| Under certain operating conditions, the exhaust gases that have passed through the combustion chamber are directed to this radiator. In this way, the temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced thus reducing the temperature in the combustion chamber and improving the emission values. |
| The engine control unit decides when the gas flow will go by this radiator. By means of the exhaust gas recirculation radiator change over valve -N345- the control unit activates a vacuum chamber, which in turn activates the change over valve for the reciculation of gases. |
