| If after switching on ignition, and completing check process, ABS warning lamp -K47- does not go out, the causes could be the following. |
a - | Voltage supply is less than 10 volts |
b - | There is a fault in ABS |
c - | There is a sporadic fault in the rev. sensor which has remained in the system since the last start up. |
e - | The dash panel insert has been interrupted. |
If there is a fault in the ABS, “b”, the system will remain disconnected but the conventional brake system will remain functioning perfectly. |
If it is beacaus of a fault in the sensor, “c”, the ABS warning lamp -K47- will automatically switch off when after having started up engine again, a speed of 20 Km/h is obtained. |
ABS warning lamp -K47- and brake system warning lamp -K118- |

| If the ABS warning lamp goes out -K47-, but the warning lamp of the brake system -K118- remains lit up, it could be because of the following: |
b - | Brake fluid level is too low. |

| If ABS warning lamp -K47- lights up along with the brake warning lamp -K118- it means that the ABS system is not functioning. |
Caution If the ABS warning lamp -K47- and the brake system warning lamp -K118- have lit up, the rear wheels could block up before braking. |
