1 - Support block for rear axle
2 - 10 Nm
3 - ABS revolution sensor
4 - Shock absorber
q   Installation position → Fig.
5 - Self locking nut
q   When tightening note the fitting angle between the rear axle and the shock absorber → Fig.
q   Replace
6 - Axle stub
q   Straightening repairs are not permitted.
7 - Splash plate
8 - Allen bolt
q   65 Nm
9 - Brake caliper
q   Repairs → Brake system; Rep. Gr.46
10 - Brake disc
11 - 4 Nm
12 - Dustguard cover
q   Always replace
q   Remove → Fig. and re-insert. → Fig.
q   So that the seal is perfect, a new dust guard cover should always be used.
q   Only in this way can the optimal operation and long life of the part be guaranteed.
13 - Twelve-sided, self-locking nut
q   175 Nm
q   Replace
14 - Wheel hub and bearing assembly
q   These come together in one housing.
q   The bearing and the hub do not require inspection.
15 - 60 Nm
q   Replace
16 - Brake drum
17 - Hand brake cable
18 - Brake carrier with brake pads
19 - Self locking nut
q   65 Nm
q   Replace
20 - Hydraulic bonded rubber bush
q   Not supplied as a spare part.
q   Replace the bearing if it is not sealed.
q   Remove and fit the bonded rubber bearing → Chapter
21 - Hand brake cable support
22 - Axle body
q   Keep the contact surface and the screw holes for the axle rod free of paint and dirt.
23 - Bolt
q   Fit from the centre of the vehicle.
24 - Cable channel
q   Only on vehicles equipped with ABS
25 - Bolt
26 - Metal/rubber bearing
q   Removal and fitting → Chapter
