Removing and installing alarm hornH12 for anti-theft alarm system
Removing and installing alarm horn -H12- for anti-theft alarm system
The alarm horn is located behind the engine on the bulkhead in the engine compartment.
t  Vehicles ► 05.00, on right of bulkhead.
t  Vehicles 06.00 ►, centre on bulkhead.
Removing:
–  Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.
–  Remove trim under plenum chamber.
t  Vehicles ► 09.98 → Chapter
t  Vehicles 10.98 ► 05.00 → Chapter
t  Vehicles 06.00 ► → Chapter
–  Pull 2-pin connector off horn.
   
–  Remove securing bolt -arrow-.
Installing:
Install in reverse order of removal.
