  Note
t  Where required, the standard probe can be provided with the supplied parts, cable ties or cable straps. The probe must be used as a reference when doing so.
t  The lines may never be twisted nor shortened as this may cause the Lambda probe to malfunction.
–  Remove old Lambda probe.
   
–  Position both Lambda probes of the same model next to each other so that the housing of the sensors are located at the same height.

–  Shorten the protruding part of the cable of the standard probe along the length of the damaged probe, fold over the protruding part (about 50 - 250 mm) for this purpose in order to rotate and fix with cable ties -1-.
–  Install the new Lambda probe in the vehicle.
