Air conditioner > < Servomotor for the cool/circulating air flap V113 : removing and refitting

Adjustment of the drive cable on the flap of the footrest/de-icer area
Adjustment of the drive cable on the flap of the footrest/de-icer area
   
Conditions:
l  The adjustment unit for the heating unit and the cool air fan must be in place.
Adjustment
–  Turn the air distribution control to the left as far as it will go.
–  Connect the end of the drive cable -1- in the flap lever in the footrest/de-icer area -3-, arrow -A-.
–  Press the flap lever of the footrest/de-icer area, arrow -C-, as far as it will go and fix the cable sleeve -1- in the clip -2-, arrow -B-.
–  Turn the air distribution control to the left and to the right as far as it will go.

The control must be turned to its respective limit
Adjustment of the central flap drive cable
Conditions:
l  The central flap lever must be properly adjusted.
l  The adjustment unit for the heating unit and the cool air fan must be in place.
l  The part joining the heater with the footrest are diffuser must be removed.
Adjustment
–  Turn the air distribution control to the left as far as it will go.
–  Connect the end of the drive cable -2- in the central flap lever -1-
–  Press the central flap lever as far as it will go, arrow -A-, and fix the cable sleeve -2- in the clip -3-.
–  Turn the air distribution control to the left and to the right as far as it will go.
The control must be turned to its respective limit.
