Installing
Installing
   
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; noting the following in the process:
–  Check sealing surfaces of receiver at condenser -2- for contamination or damage via opening.
–  Replace the seal of the cap -1- with the respective seal -3-.
–  Lightly moisten sealing cap seal -3- with refrigerant oil before installation.
Ensure that seal is properly seated on sealing cap -3-.

–  Insert circlip -arrow-.
–  Screw in the cap -1-.
–  Install the assembly group of the radiator and condenser back in the bracket -arrows-.
–  Re-install remaining components removed before.
–  Charge refrigerant system → Air conditioner with refrigerant R134a; Rep. gr.00.
