Removing
–  Remove the alternator → Electrical system ; Rep. gr.27.
–  Remove the coolant hoses → Chapter.
   
–  Remove coolant hose -2- from the coolant distribution box, pulling out the retaining clip -1- to do so.

–  Unscrew the bolts -arrows- and remove the coolant distribution box with thermostat from the engine block.
Installing
–  Clean the sealing surface for O-ring.
–  Moisten new O ring with coolant.
–  Fit the coolant distribution box on the cylinder block, and tighten the bolts evenly to a torque of 15 Nm.
–  Continue installation following reverse order for removing.
