–  Unscrew the corresponding pipe of the brake calliper or the brake cylinder, collect the brake fluid that flows and dispose of according to legislation.
   
–  Cut the pipe in a suitable location (straight, accessible section) using the tube cutters -2-.
–  Remove the section to be replaced.
–  Lubricate the brake pipe surface.

–  Fasten brake line between clamping jaws -4- so that it extends approx. 50 mm beyond the jaws.
–  Secure the peeling tool -3- in the drill and fit to the brake pipe.
–  Using low-speed and applying little pressure against the pipe, peel the covering.
The section that must be peeled is defined by the stop on the tool.
–  Remove the tool from the brake pipes along with any remains.

–  Remove the clamps and insert the pipe into the pipe bolt -D-.

–  Insert the brake pipe -B- into the edging tool as far as possible -A-.
  Note
When the Allen bolts are tightened the brake pipe should touch the stop, otherwise the edge will not be done correctly.

–  Put an initial tension on the pipe (by gently tightening the bolts) on the edging tool until it cannot be moved. Lift the stop -A- and tighten the Allen bolts with the angle screwdriver.

–  Rotate the spindle completely on the edging tool.
–  Rotate the spindle in the opposite direction.
–  Release the Allen bolts crossways.
–  Remove the pipes from the edging tool, clean and check the brake pipe and complete edge.
Clean the section of brake pipe on the vehicle.
–  Connect the brake bleeder -SAT 1175B -, connecting the hose of the suction bottle to the pipe edge and operate the brake bleeder - SAT 1175B- until brake fluid flows.
–  Clean the brake pipe once more using compressed air.

–  Join the brake pipes using a coupling -E-.
–  Fit the pipes.
