Installation
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
1.6 litre 60 kW LPG engine
  Caution
Install the evaporator bracket for vehicles with LPG engine. In doing so, take care that the gas pipe does not bend.
   
–  Screw in the two fixing screws of the engine controller -J623- bracket and tighten to 3 Nm.
–  Engage the tag -2- of the engine control unit -J623- mount and connect the line guide -1-.

–  Connect connector -2- of the evaporator solenoid valve.

–  Insert the evaporator bracket and screw in the bolts -1- of the gas filter housing bracket -3-. Tightening torque: 9 Nm

–  Screw in the bolt and nut -4-. Tightening torque: 8 Nm.
–  Screw in bolts -1- Tightening torque: 9 Nm.
–  Screw in the bolts -2- and tighten.
Continued for all vehicles
–  Fitting the master cylinder → Chapter.
–  Bleed brake system → Chapter.
–  Bleed the hydraulic system: → Rep. gr. 30.
