Installing
Installing
Carry out installation in the reverse sequence, noting the following:
  Note
A second mechanic will be needed to position the servo brake to the brake pedal bracket.
–  Secure the brake pedal to the servo brake.
–  Fitting the master cylinder → Chapter.
–  Purge the air from the brake system: ABS/ESP Mark 60 → Chapter.
–  Purging air from the clutch hydraulic system → 5 speed manual gearbox; Rep. gr. 30
–  For those vehicles with ABS/ESP begin the basic adjustment for the braking pressure sender(s) → Vehicle diagnostic tester .
–  For those vehicles fitted with ABS/ESP Mark 60, make the test run for the ESP.
For this use the Central diagnosis system -VAS 505X- → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
