Grease Molykote, rec. num. N052 723 00

Use the grease bags from the repair kit for this.
Procedure
–
Remove the wheel bearing housing
→ Chapter
.
Detach front wheel bearing
–
Detach the hub of the wheel bearing housing with the toolkit -U-40450A-.
–
Remove the hub of the inner ring of the bearing with the extractor -T20022-.
Vehicles with ABS
–
Unscrew rotor for revolution sensor from hub.
All vehicles (continued)
–
Remove the securing ring.
–
Detach the wheel bearing housing with the toolkit -U-40450A-.
Fit the bearing of the front wheel
–
Lubricate the surface of the orifice for the wheel bearing in the body with Molykote grease (rec. num. N052 723 00)

Use the grease bags from the repair kit for this.
–
Fit the securing ring.
–
Detach the wheel bearing housing with the toolkit -U-40450A-.
Vehicles with ABS
–
Fit the rotor for revolution sensor.
