t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1410-
  W00-0554
t  Ring spanner insert -V.A.G 1410/2-
  W00-0555
–  Loosen hexagon nut -4- → Note.
–  Loosen hexagon bolts -1- → Note.
–  Loosen clamp -3- on clamping bolt -8- (⇒ Fig. V48-1064 → Anchor) by at least one turn → Note.
–  Tension V-belt by turning the clamping bolt -8-(⇒ Fig. V48-1064 → Anchor) with torque wrench-A- (-V.A.G 1410- and -V.A.G 1410/2-).
Specification: used belts, 4 Nm new belts, 7 Nm
–  Tighten clamp -3- on clamping bolt → Chapter.
–  Tighten hexagon bolt -1- → Chapter.
–  Tighten hexagon bolt -2- and nut -4- → Chapter.
  Note
Nut -4- is only installed on petrol engines.
