  Note
t  Do not remill valve. Only grinding in of valves is permissible.
t  inspecting valve guides → Chapter. If the wear limit is exceeded, repeat measurement with new valves. If the wear limit is again exceeded, replace cylinder head.
t  Calculating max. permissible reworking dimension → Chapter. If the wear limit is exceeded, repeat measurement with new valves. If the wear limit is again exceeded, replace cylinder head.
