Removing and installing front wheel speed sensor cables - Vehicles with ABS BOSCH 8.0 > < Removing and Installing parts of the ABS System on the front and rear axle

Removing and installing the ABS speed sensor on the front axle
Removing and installing the ABS speed sensor on the front axle
Removing:
–  Raise vehicle.
   
–  Disconnect plug connection -1- for wheel speed sensor cable from ABS speed sensor.
–  Unscrew Allan screw -3-.
–  Remove the ABS speed sensor -2- from the wheel-bearing housing.
Installing:
–  Insert speed sensor into the wheel bearing housing and tighten the Allan screw -3-.
–  Connect plug connection -1- for wheel speed sensor cable/ABS speed sensor.

Tightening torque:
Speed sensor to wheel-bearing housing8 Nm
