Removing and installing heater control
Removing and installing heater control
–  Take out the ignition key and switch off all electrical components.
   
–  Slightly press the cover -arrow A- and slacken the cover at the top and at the bottom catch using a small screwdriver or a disassembly wedge -3409--arrow B-. Slacken the cover on the right side of the heater control in the same way.

–  Removing centre part dash panel -6- → Body work; Rep. gr.70.
–  Carefully press off the trim -5- at the heater control -4-. It is clipped.
–  Release screws -7- (1 Nm).
–  Detach flex shafts -1- for positioning unit for air distribution flaps and flex shaft -3- for positioning unit of temperature flap from the heater control.

To remove the plastic part, press the flex shafts -arrow- and pull out of the heater control -1-.
–  Slightly press together the catches in the corners and push out the heater control.
–  Disconnect plug.
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:
