  Caution
The gaskets -Pos. 8- and -Pos. 11- are made out of various materials depending on the medium to be sealed (coolant or oil).
They must not be oiled. The sealing area for coolant would otherwise swell up.
Oil pressure switch -F1- → Chapter, Pos. 17.
1 - Screw cap, 25 Nm
q   slacken and tighten with oil filter wrench -3417-
2 - O-ring
q   replace
3 - O-ring
q   replace
4 - O-ring
q   replace
5 - Oil filter element
q   pull off from cap -Pos. 1-
q   replace O-rings -Pos. 2-, -Pos. 3-, -Pos. 4- if oil filter element is changed
q   Check fitting position
q   Pay attention to change intervals:
t  → BookletFabia II
t  → BookletRoomster
6 - Engine oil cooler
q   connection diagram for coolant hoses → Chapter
q   removing and installing → Chapter
7 - 11 Nm
q   tighten crosswise
8 - Gasket
q   replace
q   do not oil
q   insert in the grooves at the oil filter holder
9 - 14 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   replace
q   tighten crosswise
10 - Oil filter holder
q   with integrated return-flow check tube
q   removing and installing → Chapter
11 - Gasket
q   replace
q   do not oil
q   insert in the grooves at the oil filter holder
