Display -V.A.G 1552 -Possible cause of faultRectifying fault 
greater than 4.0 %
t  Engine control unit not adapted to throttle valve control unit
–  Adapt engine control unit to throttle valve control unit → Chapter 24-6.
 
t  Throttle valve potentiometer in throttle valve control unit faulty
–  Test throttle valve control unit → Chapter 24-5.
t  Throttle valve jams
–  Remove fault.
