1 - Radiator
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   after replacing fill entire system with fresh coolant → Octavia
2 - O-ring
q   replace
3 - Top coolant hose
q   attached to radiator by locking clips
4 - Cap
q   Testing the pressure relief valve in the cap → Chapter
5 - Connector
6 - Double screw - 2 Nm
7 - Air guide scoop
8 - 5 Nm
9 - Expansion reservoir
q   with cap
q   Testing the pressure relief valve in the cap → Chapter
q   check the coolant system for tightness → Chapter
10 - Radiator fan (right) - V35-
q   for vehicles with air conditioning system or additional equipment
11 - Fan holder
12 - Retaining clip
q   for fan cable
q   check tightness
13 - Radiator fan -V7-
14 - Support
q   for fan connector
15 - Bottom coolant hose
q   attached to radiator by locking clips
16 - Thermal switch for the fan for coolant -F18- - 35 Nm
q   switching temperatures:
1st stage
t  on: 92…97°C
t  off: 84…91°C
2nd stage
t  on: 99…105°C
t  off: 91…98°C
17 - Bottom radiator bearing
q   black
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Top radiator bearing
