| Replace the gaskets, the sealing rings and the self-locking nuts. |

| Note the installed position of the gaskets for the exhaust manifold. |

| Air guide hoses for charge air system must be free of oil and grease before installing. |

| Make sure that all hose connections are secured with required quick couplings or hose clamps → Chapter. |
| t
| After installing the exhaust turbocharger, run engine at idling speed for about 1 minute to ensure that oil is supplied to the exhaust turbocharger. |
