| The coolant shut-off valve -arrow- is located in the engine compartment in the area of the heat exchanger flange. |

| Reduce pressure in the coolant circuit by opening the cap on the coolant expansion reservoir. |

| Disconnect coolant hoses before and after the coolant shut-off valve with hose clamps -MP 7-602-. |
| –
| Detach vacuum hose from the coolant shut-off valve. |
| –
| Position collecting vessel under the shut-off valve and detach coolant hoses from the valve. |
| Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |

| After installing, fill up with coolant according to specification → |
