Removing and installing the cylinder head cover - engines with identification characters AEH, AKL
Removing and installing the cylinder head cover - engines with identification characters AEH, AKL
Removing
–  Remove top part of intake manifold → Chapter.
–  Remove top toothed belt guard.
–  Unscrew nuts for cylinder head cover.
–  Remove reinforcing strips, bracket, toothed belt guard and take off cylinder head cover.
Install
  Note
Replace seals if damaged.
–  Position cylinder head cover, reinforcing strips, toothed belt guard and bracket.
–  Tighten the nuts crosswise to 10 Nm.
