Inspect seat belts   WARNING The seat belt system must be inspected after every accident! If one of the inspection points reveals any damage inform the customer that the seat belts must be replaced. Inspection points: t  Check seat belt. t  Check inertia reel - locking mechanism. t  Seat belt buckle - visual inspection. t  Seat belt buckle - functional check. t  Check deflection fittings and buckle latches. t  Check fixing parts and fixing points. t  Check inertia reel.   Note Make a special note should the customer refuse to have a damaged seat belt replaced.
