| Release fixing screw and remove crankshaft belt pulley. |
Caution In order to avoid that the chain sprocket on the crankshaft slides out of the driver, the crankshaft must not be turned when the V-ribbed belt pulley is released. |

| Tighten the crankshaft belt pulley by hand with a new fixing screw. |
Note Observe that the clamping surfaces of the fixing screw, the belt pulley and the bushing are free of oil and grease. |
