Removing and installing the metal glow plugs (Superb II, Octavia II, Fabia II, Roomster)

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Flexible-head wrench e.g. -3220-

Removing

–	Switch off ignition and withdraw ignition key.

–	Remove engine cover.

–	Unplug connector of the glow plugs -arrows-.

–	Remove glow plugs using flexible-head wrench e.g. -3220-.

Install

Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:

–	Install glow plugs and tighten to 15 Nm.
