Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Oil aspirator unit, for example -V.A.G 1782-
If the ATF has been contaminated or if the gearbox has had a major repair, the torque converter should be drained as follows:
–  Drain off the ATF from the torque converter using an oil aspiration unit -V.A.G 1782-.
