Removing and installing tensioning element for V-ribbed belt
Removing and installing tensioning element for V-ribbed belt
Removing
–  Remove V-ribbed belt from tensioning element → Chapter.
   
–  Remove the right charge air hose, to do so loosen the hose clamp -2- and slightly raise the clamp -1-.
–  Remove fan shroud with radiator fans → Chapter.

–  Release screws -arrows-.
–  Expose coolant hose -3-.
–  Loosen hose clamp -2-.
–  Disconnect plug -1- at the charge pressure sender -G31- and remove the right charge air pipe.

–  Unscrew screw -2- and remove tensioning element -1- from V-ribbed belt.
Install
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:
t  Tightening torques: → Chapter.
–  Replace the screw of the tensioning element for the V-ribbed belt.
–  Install the V-ribbed belt → Chapter.
