1 - Gasket
q   replace if damaged or leaking
2 - Cylinder head cover
q   removing and installing → Chapter
3 - O-ring
q   replace
4 - Hose
q   for crankcase ventilation
q   to remove, press release buttons
5 - Sealing bush
q   for fixing screw of fuel distributor
q   replace if damaged or leaking
6 - Support
q   for electrical cables
7 - Grommet
8 - Clamping claw
q   together with 2 injection units
9 - 8 Nm
10 - Fuel distributor
q   Observe rules for cleanliness → Chapter
q   Do not change the bending form of the high pressure pipes
q   Install high pressure lines → Chapter
11 - 22 Nm
12 - 8 Nm + torque a further 180° (1/2 turn)
q   replace
13 - Fuel return-flow line
14 - O-ring
q   replace
15 - Injection unit
q   Observe rules for cleanliness → Chapter
q   removing and installing → Chapter
16 - O-ring
q   replace
17 - Heat-protection seal
q   replace
18 - Sealing ring
q   for injection unit
q   replace → Chapter
19 - Screw cap
20 - Gasket
q   for cap
21 - Grommet
22 - Support
q   for electrical cables
23 - Screw, 10 Nm
q   Replace seal if damaged
q   tightening order and tightening torque → Fig.

   
Cylinder head cover - tightening torque and tightening order
–  Tighten the screws for the cylinder head cover in the sequence -1…6- to 10 Nm.
