1 - 25 Nm
2 - Tensioner for V-ribbed belt
q   swivel tensioning device for V-ribbed belt with open-end wrench to slacken the V-ribbed belt → Chapter
3 - Timing belt guard - middle part
4 - Timing belt guard - top part
5 - Washer
6 - Tensioning pulley
q   Tensioning toothed belt → Anchor
q   inspect semi-automatic tensioning pulley → Chapter
7 - 20 Nm
8 - Timing belt
q   before removing mark running direction
q   check for wear
q   do not kink
q   removing and installing, tensioning → Chapter
9 - 20 Nm
10 - Rear timing belt guard
11 - O-ring
q   replace
12 - Coolant pump
13 - 15 Nm
14 - Crankshaft toothed belt sprocket
15 - 90 Nm + torque a further 1/4 turn (90°)
q   replace
q   thread and collar must be free of oil and grease.
q   to release and tighten the counterholder -T 30004- or -MP 1-310- use
q   when bolting on counter-holder -MP 1-310-, place 2 washers between timing belt sprocket and counter-holder
16 - Timing belt guard - bottom part
17 - 10 Nm
18 - Belt pulley
q   for the visco fan coupling
19 - Belt pulley
q   for the vane pump on the power-assisted steering
20 - 25 Nm
21 - V-ribbed belt
q   before removing mark running direction
q   check for wear
q   removing and installing → Chapter
22 - Vibration damper/belt pulley
q   assembly only possible in one position -holes offset-
q   take note of the position when installing the timing belt → Chapter
