t  All hose connections must be secured with corresponding hose clips.
t  The charge-air system must be tight.
1 - Charge air cooler
2 - Retaining clip
3 - O-ring
q   black
q   replace
4 - Connecting hose
5 - Rubber grommet
6 - Bush
7 - 10 Nm
8 - O-ring
q   replace if damaged
9 - Intake manifold pressure sender -G71- with intake manifold temperature sender -G72-
10 - 3 Nm
11 - to induction pipe
12 - Retaining clip
q   check tightness
13 - Connecting hose
14 - Charge air pipe
15 - Connecting hose
16 - O-ring
q   green
q   replace
17 - from turbocharger
18 - Cross tube
19 - Connecting hose
