–  Shift selector lever into position „P“.
–  Switch off ignition.
–  Withdraw ignition key.
        ↑

 When the lock button is pressed, can the selector lever be moved out of „P“?→yes→Test of the selector lever lock solenoid -N110- in the function „targeted fault finding“ using the vehicle diagnosis, measurement and information system -VAS -.→→↑

–  Insert ignition key.
–  Actuate brake pedal.
–  Switch on ignition.

 When the lock button is pressed, can the selector lever be moved out of „P“?→no→Test of the selector lever lock solenoid -N110- in the function „targeted fault finding“ using the vehicle diagnosis, measurement and information system -VAS -.→↑

 Shift selector lever into position „S“. The selector lever remains in this position.        ↑

–  Switch off ignition.
–  Release brake pedal.
